Rose of Prophecy
A Beauty and the Beast Novella
(Legends of Light Book 1)
By Hope Ann

She is afraid. Not because she is alone. Not because thick roiling clouds obscure the moon. Not because the wind rushes through the forest like a wild dragon. She is afraid because she is late. And to be late means death.

Her life had been happy once.

Despite the destruction wreaked by Tauscher, traitor to the King. Despite the distant war led by the Prince and fought with the help of her three brothers. Despite her own poorly-chosen nickname of Beauty, she'd enjoyed life.

Of course, that was also before her father left home on a hopeful errand but returned weary and ill, bearing a velvety scarlet rose which he claimed would never wither. But even life in the ancient hall, tucked away in the center of Mosswood, surrounded by roses of every description, overshadowed with mystery and home to a scarred figure who was more beast than man, wasn't too bad after a time.

But now...now, in a flash of light, Beauty finally glimpses the truth. And the cost. The price which must be paid, or the sacrifice which must be made.

It is a curse which even love alone may not be able to break.

Relentless
(Fallon Sisters Trilogy Book 1)
By P.J. O'Dwyer

Headstrong horse rescue director Bren Ryan has been a redheaded streak of trouble for more than one man in Clear Spring. She’s grown up needling local “kill buyer” Wes Connelly, and since the sheriff ruled her husband’s sudden death an accident, Bren’s been investigating things herself. She’s certain Tom was murdered, and she’s hell-bent on cornering his killer the only way she knows how—by tempting him to do it again. And she’s the bait.

Rafe Langston came to Maryland looking for land and a fresh start. Or so he says. The sexy cowboy isn’t generous with details, but Bren couldn’t care less—until he buys half her farm at auction and moves into her childhood home. Suddenly, the last man she should befriend becomes her only ally in solving her husband’s murder.

Soon their cozy stakeouts sizzle with unexpected desire neither one can ignore, threatening his mysterious plans and her promise to never fall in love again—especially with a handsome stranger whose secrets could shatter what family she has left.

DARE
A Standalone Romance

By Glenna Sinclair

Rachel

I cannot believe this douchebag. Just because you’re some rich CEO with a fancy name, a slick car, and an unbelievable amount of sex appeal, it doesn’t mean you get to literally run over all of us little people. Sebastian Clementine (what kind of name is that, anyway?) isn’t going to get away with damaging my truck and not paying for it.

We’re just a small California farm, after all. We’re trying to keep up in the expanding world of organics, and we can’t really afford to repair our ancient delivery truck. I had to reattach the bumper my own damn self, while the beautiful, well-groomed man responsible doesn’t even look like he’d know how.

I don’t know what I was planning to say, crashing into his big, important meeting this way, but by God, he is going to keep his word to me. When his cool, calm gaze meets mine, I suddenly wish I were wearing something nicer than my farm jeans…but I’m not exactly known for holding my tongue, so out it pops:

“Hey, asshole, remember me?”

Sebastian

Well, if it isn’t the fiery Ms. Dare, storming into my office guns a-blazing, calling me out. I was wondering when I might hear from her. Or rather, I was hoping I would hear from her soon.

It’s true that our first encounter could have gone better. Smashing into someone’s car isn’t the best way to make a first impression. Our second encounter is off to a rough start as well…but perhaps I can turn it to my advantage. I’m not president of Clementine Organics just because of my good looks, after all.

I’m almost glad I pissed her off – she’s so sexy when she’s angry. And that I can definitely work with.
